Power of attorney apostille in Miami

Using a power of attorney in Colombia, Venezuela, Spain or another destination? PRONTO can review your document for the appropriate apostille route and coordinate Miami notarization when needed.

Entrance to PRONTO’s Miami office

Start with the right document

A Florida-notarized power of attorney needs a complete English notarial certificate and the original notary signature and seal. Bring identification and arrange the required appearance before the notary.

The state that issued the record or where the document was notarized determines the competent authority. Living in Miami does not make an out-of-state document a Florida document. Confirm service availability for your state before mailing originals.

How the service works

Share a clear image

Send a clear image by WhatsApp or to info@prontonotarypublic.com. Include the issuing state, destination and deadline.

Confirm the requirements

We explain the original or certified copy needed, price and estimated timing.

Drop off or mail

Visit Miami or ship with tracking after receiving our instructions. An image supports initial review; it does not replace the physical document when required.

Receive your documents

Arrange pickup or domestic or international return by FedEx or DHL, subject to availability and quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Can the power of attorney be written in Spanish?

Send the complete document, including its notarial certificate, for review. Confirm the wording with the professional or institution receiving it abroad; apostille processing does not establish that its powers meet the destination’s legal requirements.

Can I mail an unsigned or previously notarized power of attorney?

Tell us whether it has already been signed and notarized. Do not assume a mailed signature can be notarized without the required personal appearance. PRONTO offers in-office and Miami mobile notarization, not online notarization or witnesses.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Send the document, destination country and deadline. PRONTO confirms the total price, delivery options and estimated timing after review. Timing depends on the document, authority and shipping; same-day service is not guaranteed.

Do I need a translation?

Ask the receiving institution which language and certification it requires. PRONTO offers certified translations and MAEC sworn translations for Spain; we confirm the type and sequence before starting.
