Marriage certificate apostille in Miami

Preparing a marriage record for an overseas registration, residency application or family matter? PRONTO reviews the certificate, issuing state and destination before confirming your apostille service.

Entrance to PRONTO’s Miami office

Start with the right document

Florida accepts qualifying marriage certificates bearing the State Registrar or county court clerk signature. Send the certified record for review; a ceremonial keepsake is not the same document.

The state that issued the record or where the document was notarized determines the competent authority. Living in Miami does not make an out-of-state document a Florida document. Confirm service availability for your state before mailing originals.

How the service works

Share a clear image

Send a clear image by WhatsApp or to info@prontonotarypublic.com. Include the issuing state, destination and deadline.

Confirm the requirements

We explain the original or certified copy needed, price and estimated timing.

Drop off or mail

Visit Miami or ship with tracking after receiving our instructions. An image supports initial review; it does not replace the physical document when required.

Receive your documents

Arrange pickup or domestic or international return by FedEx or DHL, subject to availability and quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Is my marriage license the right document?

The label alone does not establish eligibility. Send the recorded, certified document so we can check its certification. An unrecorded license or decorative certificate may not meet the receiving institution’s requirements.

Do we both need to visit the office?

For a certified marriage record that only needs apostille processing, ask us about drop-off or mail-in instructions. If a separate signed declaration is requested, its preparation and notarization are a different step.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Send the document, destination country and deadline. PRONTO confirms the total price, delivery options and estimated timing after review. Timing depends on the document, authority and shipping; same-day service is not guaranteed.

Do I need a translation?

Ask the receiving institution which language and certification it requires. PRONTO offers certified translations and MAEC sworn translations for Spain; we confirm the type and sequence before starting.
