Birth certificate apostille in Miami

A birth certificate for use abroad needs the right certified copy and the correct state apostille. PRONTO helps Miami clients and customers by mail review their record before processing.

Start with the right document

For a Florida birth record, use a certified certificate signed by the State Registrar. A hospital souvenir or ordinary photocopy is not a substitute.

The state that issued the record or where the document was notarized determines the competent authority. Living in Miami does not make an out-of-state document a Florida document. Confirm service availability for your state before mailing originals.

How the service works

Confirm the requirements

We explain the original or certified copy needed, price and estimated timing.

Drop off or mail

Arrange pickup or domestic or international return by FedEx or DHL, subject to availability and quotation.

Frequently asked questions

Which birth certificate should I send?

Send an image of the complete certificate, including the issuing office and official signature. Tell us the destination and any instructions from the receiving institution. Do not order a replacement until you know the required version.

Does a photocopy notarized in Miami work?

A Florida notary cannot certify a copy of a birth certificate for this purpose. Obtain the proper certified record from its official issuer.

How much does it cost and how long does it take?

Send the document, destination country and deadline. PRONTO confirms the total price, delivery options and estimated timing after review. Timing depends on the document, authority and shipping; same-day service is not guaranteed.

Do I need a translation?

Ask the receiving institution which language and certification it requires. PRONTO offers certified translations and MAEC sworn translations for Spain; we confirm the type and sequence before starting.
